  1. Tom and I are checking in on the blog see how everyone is doing. We are looking forward to hearing news from the mission field. We are praying for you by name and asking our heavenly Father to grant you good rest through the night that you may all be refreshed and ready for whatever God has planned for you on Tuesday. I enjoyed a great St Patrick's Day dinner at the South Lyon Hotel tonight, Tom had pizza and pop. We are thinking of you all. God bless each of you.

  4. Good evening mission team. This mornings devotion from Portals of Prayer, lesson from the book of Mark, Jesus provision in feeding the 5000. The lesson says, Jesus gives the people bread and fish, and they feast until they are full. But he also gives them of Himself. In that desolate place. He is their bread of life. He is their manna in the desert, their strength for the journey. They eat, and He is the One who satisfies them. May you sense Himself, may He be your manna, strength and satisfy every need. Jeff, we hope you enjoyed a wonderful celebration of the day you were born, happy birthday. News from home, a small group of us enjoyed lunch and the "JoyFilled" bell ringer today at the Council of Lutheran Women Luncheon in Sterling Heights, she was amazing. God bless each of you. Your in our thoughts and prayers.

  6. Hello team, today my attention was drawn to Acts 1:7, we will not know the dates and times the Father has directed. I paused and thought about each of you sharing the gospel message, realizing the many responses that you can encounter, I want to encourage you all, God's GOT IT! You keep planting the seeds and/or watering and God will bring the increase in His time. News from home we enjoyed white chicken chilli made by our Board of Social Ministry and a great service by Pastor Lubeck on sin and God's great love for each of us. Rest well our brothers and sisters.
